Do I pay any API fees?
No separate API bill. We cover the API fees as part of the ChatGPTFX offer. Optional VPS and broker charges are separate.
What do I need to run it?
Desktop MT5 running on a computer or suitable VPS, plus a supported broker gold symbol. The current package is EA source code, presets and setup documentation. It needs compilation and native MT5 testing; a compiled EX5 is not included.
Can I use it with a prop firm?
Configure the loss, news and trading controls for your account. Confirm that your firm permits the EA and trading style. No challenge pass or rule compliance is guaranteed.
Is this an official ChatGPT product?
ChatGPTFX is independent software using the OpenAI API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or MetaQuotes, and it does not connect to your ChatGPT web session.
Are the trades and images real results?
The trading animation uses scripted outcomes and synthetic prices. The human and AI portraits are concept illustrations. Neither is evidence of trading performance; no verified win rate is supplied.
When can I request a refund?
Refunds are available for verified product malfunctions, including failure to open trades when valid entry conditions are met on a correctly configured, supported setup. Trading losses or a period without qualifying setups do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund. This policy does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Do you guarantee profit or protection against losses?
We do not guarantee profits, returns, a win rate or protection against losses. Trading losses are possible. Refund eligibility concerns product functionality, not trading performance.
